Meet Our Staff:

Paige Blazak, LMHC, NCC, CASAC

Paige is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a NYS Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor who is OASAS Certified. She provides individual, couple and family counseling for a broad range of issues. Paige specializes in substance abuse treatment, drug and alcohol evaluations, psychosocial evaluations, and adoption investigations.

John Ryan, LCSW

John is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults in individual or family settings. He has experience treating issues such as anxiety, depression, school avoidance, adjustment concerns, and substance abuse. John specializes in preteens, adolescents, and young adults who struggle with social and emotional needs in school

Caroline Payne, Psy.D

Dr. Payne is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides diagnosis and treatment for the effects of trauma, developmental disabilities, and grief for all ages. She specializes in the use of mindfulness and Collaborative Problem Solving techniques in her work with individuals and families.

John Estabrook, LCSW-R

John is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. He is a graduate of St. Louis University school of social work.He worked for many for the Veterans Administration in Knoxville Iowa and Canandaigua NY. He is also certified in EMDR, which is a safe and effective treatment for trauma and other conditions.

Dr. Michael Susco, Psychiatrist


     Dr. Susco is a Board-certified psychiatrist with added training in Geriatric Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine.


     Decades of experience in outpatient treatment, psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, and recent addition of Transcranial Magnetic       Stimulation.  He has his main office location at Canandaigua Lake Counseling Services in Canandaigua, New York. 

     This office is located in a Victorian house at 42 N. Main St. in Canandaigua.


     The doctor has been interested in treatment of mental health disorders since his undergraduate education at Northeastern               University. He then went on to medical school and completed a residency in psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center/New             York Medical College.


     Dr. Susco uses many modalities in treating mental disorders. These include an initial psychiatric examination,                                   pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy and coordinates care with clinical social workers, psychologists, and mental health                       counselors.

    

     He is also Medical Director for Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency.   He works primarily at locations in                   Farmington and Rochester, New York.



Shirley Parnell, LCSW-R


     Shirley is experienced in providing treatment to individuals with a variety of mental health concerns including crisis intervention,       anxiety, depression and trauma.

Angela Manajgaladze, APRN,CNM,PMHNP-BC

       Angela is an experienced board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Masters of               Nursing Science from Frontier University and pursued a second Masters degree from Binhamton University in Psychiatric               Mental Health Care. Angela's professional focus is rooted within connecting the art of psychiatric medicine and an individual's         therapeutic needs. Angela is professionally dedicated and passionate individual with the hope of increasing awareness of               mental health care needs within our community. 

       Angela practices holistic, transitional, and integrative psychiatric mental health care across the lifespan.

Kristy LeMay, Office Manager

Kristy is our practice manager who schedules appointments, accepts payments and does billing for services, and submits insurance claims.
